🎈 Birthday Party FAQ
Do adults count toward the guest count?
Yes. All attendees, including adults and children, are included in the total guest count.
May we bring our own decorations?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own decorations to personalize your celebration. Please remove all décor at the end of the event.
May we bring in outside food and drinks?
Yes! Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed.
Note: We do not have a refrigerator for guest use, and food cannot be stored outside of the event room.
Are my guests able to participate in premium interactions like the Otters or Wallabies?
Premium Interactions may be purchased separately for $24.99 per person, and are subject to availability.
Are there catering options?
No, but we provide a list of preferred vendors to make your party planning easier.
May I hire outside entertainment like character performers or face painters?
Yes! We work with preferred vendors and can provide contact information upon request.
📌 Booking & Policies
A $100 deposit is due at the time of booking.
The full package balance must be paid on the day of the event prior to start.
Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance may receive a partial refund, less the $100 deposit.
Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance may reschedule or exchange for a product or event of equal or lesser value.
No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.
